Politics(policies) of a cinema (to come)

In the fourth edition of CINEMA TO COME held in February and March 2016, they were raised in the Image Section a series of three dialogues at two levels: dialogues between current films and films from the filmic modernity, and dialogues between guests filmmakers and people from other disciplinary fields. All films chosen are highly political character, which a dialogic practice with political processes as linchpin was established. In addition, guests filmmakers they underwent a series of filmed interview in which he talked mainly about politics in contemporary cinema.

Now proposed an action program in La Posta, in early May, called Politics(Policies) of a cinema (to come), which comprising:

- Saturday, May 7

18:30: screening interviews guests from Cinema to come 2016 + subsequent Symposium + dinner and jam projections and music (to perform on Pluton CC)

- Thursday, May 12

20:00: Workday on texts derived from what happened in the days of Cinema to Come 2016

- Friday, May 13 (in collaboration with Cabanyal Íntim)

21.00: projection + symposium in La Colectiva (Cabanyal) “50 días de mayo (ensayo para una revolución)” (2012), Alfonso Amador.

- Wednesday, May 18

20:00: presentation of a video-conversation with Vicente Ponce, made by the team of Cinema to come.
